Solomon Baggett is a running back from Ocean Springs, Mississippi, who attends Arkansas State University. At Ocean Springs High School, he recorded 1,429 rushing yards as a senior with an average of 9.9 yards per carry and 19 rushing touchdowns. He accumulated 1,739 all-purpose yards that season and had three consecutive games with at least 200 rushing yards, including a high of 235 yards against D'Iberville. Baggett also added 155 receiving yards and helped lead Ocean Springs to a 9-2 record and a first-round playoff appearance. He is a true freshman at Arkansas State.
