Sean Patrick is a running back from Chagrin Falls, Ohio, who attended Kenston High School as a three-star recruit ranked among the top 55 players in Ohio and named the state's Offensive Player of the Year. He redshirted during his 2024 freshman season with Akron. In 2025, Patrick appeared in 10 games with four starts, rushing for 274 yards and one touchdown on 69 carries (4.0 yards per attempt). He added 11 receptions for 136 yards and returned eight punts for 43 yards, including a 15-yard return against Duquesne. Patrick earned All-MAC Academic Team honors and totaled 460 all-purpose yards on the season.
