Johnny Brookhart is a quarterback for the Akron Zips. The Parker, Colorado native played three years as a starter in both quarterback and running back roles at Legend High School, where he passed for 1,387 yards and 19 touchdowns. Brookhart redshirted in 2023, did not play in 2024, and appeared in two games during the 2025 season. A sports business major, he enters 2026 as a returning redshirt junior standing 5'11" and weighing 205 pounds.
