Jake Brendel is a center who played college football at UCLA, where he started 52 games over five years from 2011 to 2015. As a freshman in 2012, he started all 14 games and earned First-Team Freshman All-America honors from The Sporting News. He was named team co-captain in 2013, 2014, and 2015, earning Second-Team All-Pac-12 honors in both 2014 and 2015. Brendel began his NFL career with Miami in 2016 and has since played for Denver, Baltimore, and San Francisco. With the 49ers, he has started all 17 games in 2022, 2023, and 2024. He received the Bobb McKittrick Award in both 2022 and 2024.
