Jacob Cowing is a 5'9", 170-pound slot receiver for the San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers selected him in the fourth round (135th overall) of the 2024 draft. Cowing played five seasons at Texas-El Paso and Arizona, appearing in 54 games with 45 starts and recording 316 catches for 4,477 yards and 33 touchdowns. He finished his college career as the 22nd player in FBS history to reach 4,000 receiving yards. In his 2023 final season at Arizona, he caught 90 passes for 848 yards and 13 touchdowns, earning All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention and Valero Alamo Bowl Offensive MVP honors after posting 152 yards and 2 touchdowns on 7 receptions.
