Connor Colby is a left guard for the San Francisco 49ers who was selected in the seventh round (249th overall) of the 2025 NFL Draft. The 6'5", 310-pound lineman from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, appeared in 54 games with 50 starts during four seasons at Iowa (2021–24). He earned First-Team All-Big Ten recognition in 2024 after starting all 13 games played that season, and previously garnered Third-Team All-Big Ten honors in 2023. In his rookie season, Colby recorded one reception on one target for negative one yard.
