Maxen Hook is a safety from Toledo who signed with Philadelphia as an undrafted free agent on May 2, 2025, then joined Seattle's practice squad on October 8, 2025. Over four college seasons, Hook compiled 107 tackles as a senior and was a three-time first-team All-MAC honoree and two-time team captain. He recorded seven interceptions and 15 passes defensed during his college career. Hook majored in accounting and was Indiana's Defensive Back Mr. Football in 2019.
