Julian Neal is a 6'2", 203-pound right cornerback from San Francisco who was selected by Seattle in the third round (99th overall) of the 2026 NFL Draft. He played four seasons at Fresno State before transferring to Arkansas for 2025, where he appeared in all 12 games as a starter. With the Razorbacks, Neal recorded two interceptions and 10 passes defensed while accumulating 55 tackles and two tackles for loss. He enters his first NFL season with the Seahawks on a four-year deal.
