Bio

Will Howard, a 6'4" quarterback from Downingtown, PA, was selected by Pittsburgh in the sixth round (185th overall) of the 2025 NFL Draft. Howard played college football at Kansas State (2020–23) and Ohio State (2024), starting 44 of 50 games across both programs. At Kansas State, he appeared in 34 games with 28 starts, ranking fourth in program history in career completions (458) and passing yards (5,786). He transferred to Ohio State in January 2024 and started all 16 games that season, leading the Buckeyes to a 14-win campaign and the CFP National Championship. Howard completed 71.4 percent of his passes (325-of-455) for 4,208 yards and 35 touchdowns in 2024, earning Offensive MVP honors in both the Cotton Bowl and national championship games. In his 2025 rookie season, Howard spent the first nine games on injured reserve due to a hand injury and did not appear in a game.
