Sebastian Joseph-Day is a 6'4", 310-pound nose tackle from Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who played college football at Rutgers. The Los Angeles Rams selected him in the sixth round (195th overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft. Joseph-Day made his NFL debut in Week 1 of 2019 at Carolina.
