Joshua Farmer is a 6'3", 318-pound left defensive end from Port Saint Joe, Florida, who attended Florida State. The New England Patriots selected him in the fourth round (137th overall) of the 2025 NFL Draft. Farmer made his NFL debut against Las Vegas on September 7, 2025, and recorded his first career tackle for loss against Pittsburgh on September 21. He logged his first career fumble recovery off a Josh Allen fumble at Buffalo on October 5, and made his first start against Cleveland on October 26. Farmer appeared in 13 games during his rookie season before being placed on injured reserve on December 23. At Florida State, he started all 12 games in 2024 and recorded 32 tackles and 4 sacks, earning All-ACC honorable mention honors.
