Ethan Evans is a 6'3", 235-pound punter for the Los Angeles Rams. Selected 223rd overall in the 2023 NFL Draft, he was the first Division II player chosen that year and the first from Wingate since 2007. Through three seasons, Evans has appeared in 36 regular season games with 127 punts for 6,032 yards (47.5 avg.) and a long of 72 yards, plus three playoff contests with 12 punts for 601 yards (50.1 avg.). In 2024 he led all NFL punters in the percentage of punts inside the 10-yard line at 25.5% and tied for second with six punts inside the 5-yard line. Evans was voted a special teams captain by teammates in 2025.
