Byron Young is a left outside linebacker for the Los Angeles Rams, drafted 77th overall in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft. The 6'2", 245-pound defensive end from Tennessee has appeared in 36 regular season games with 34 starts, recording 137 tackles, 18.5 sacks, 103 pressures, and 23 tackles for loss. In 2025, Young recorded 12.0 sacks and became the first Rams player since Clay Matthews in 2019 to post at least one sack in each of the team's first two games.
