Sauce Gardner is a 6'3", 200-pound right cornerback for the Indianapolis Colts with four years of NFL experience. The New York Jets selected him fourth overall in the 2022 NFL Draft after he played three seasons at Cincinnati, where he recorded 80 tackles, 27 passes defensed, and nine interceptions across 37 games. Gardner earned Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2022 after starting all 17 games with 75 tackles and 20 passes defensed. He followed with a First Team All-Pro season in 2023, starting 16 games and compiling 57 tackles with 12 passes defensed, making him the first cornerback since the NFL merger to earn All-Pro honors in consecutive seasons. In 2024, he started 15 games and recorded 49 tackles with nine passes defensed and one interception. The Colts acquired him via trade on November 4, 2025.
