Rob Carter Jr. is a left cornerback who attended Robert Morris and University of Virginia's College at Wise, appearing in 37 college games and totaling 116 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, 29 passes defensed, and three interceptions returned for touchdowns. In 2025 with the BC Lions, he appeared in all 18 games, recording 51 tackles, five interceptions with one returned for a touchdown, and one forced fumble. The Colts signed him to a reserve/future contract on January 8, 2026.
