Josh Downs is a slot receiver for the Indianapolis Colts selected in the third round (79th overall) of the 2023 NFL Draft out of North Carolina. In 2023, his rookie season, he appeared in all 17 games with nine starts and recorded 68 receptions for 771 yards and two touchdowns, the most receptions by a Colts rookie. During the 2024 season, he appeared in 14 games with eight starts and posted single-season career highs of 72 receptions, 803 receiving yards, and five touchdowns. In Week 18 against Jacksonville, he tallied 10 receptions for 94 yards, marking a single-game career high in catches.
