Bio
Micah Parsons, a 6-3, 245-pound ROLB, was drafted 12th overall by Dallas in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft out of Penn State. Through his first four seasons with the Cowboys, he recorded 52.5 sacks and earned four consecutive Pro Bowl selections and three All-Pro honors, including first-team recognition in 2021 and 2022. In 2025, his final year with Dallas, Parsons registered 12.5 sacks and 1 pass defensed. Green Bay acquired him on August 28, 2025, entering his sixth NFL season.
