Kristian Welch is a 6'3", 239-pound weakside linebacker who entered professional football in May 2020 as an undrafted free agent with Baltimore. The Iowa product appeared in 46 games with 16 starts during his college career (2016-19), earning All-Big Ten honorable mention as a senior defensive captain. Welch has spent six seasons across four NFL teams: Baltimore (2020-22, 2024), Green Bay (2023), and Denver (2024). In 72 regular-season games with two starts, he recorded 13 defensive tackles and 27 special teams tackles with two fumble recoveries. He leads current Packers roster members with 1,369 career special teams snaps and has appeared in seven postseason contests.
