Karsen Barnhart is a right guard who entered professional football as an undrafted free agent signed by the Los Angeles Chargers on May 10, 2024. The Michigan product appeared in 42 games over five seasons at the college level, recording 31 starts on the offensive line. After spending his rookie season on the Chargers' practice squad, Barnhart was released following the 2025 training camp. He subsequently joined the practice squads of the Denver Broncos and Tampa Bay Buccaneers before signing with the Green Bay Packers' practice squad on December 31, 2025.
