Bio

John Williams is a left guard from Cincinnati who entered his first NFL season in 2025 with the Green Bay Packers after being selected 250th overall in the seventh round. At Cincinnati, he appeared in 52 games with 27 starts over five seasons, including 24 consecutive starts at left tackle from 2023 to 2024. In 2024, he started all 12 games at LT, allowing one QB hit on 823 snaps while earning an 85.2 pass-blocking grade, ranked fourth in the Big 12 among tackles. The Bearcats ranked 14th nationally in rushing offense during his final two seasons, averaging 200.6 yards per game. Williams majored in aerospace engineering and hails from Bolingbrook, Illinois.
