Brandon Cisse is a left cornerback for the Green Bay Packers, selected 52nd overall in the 2025 draft. He began his college career as a reserve at North Carolina State for two seasons before transferring to South Carolina for his final year. In 2025, Cisse appeared in 12 games and totaled 27 tackles, 1½ for loss, one interception, five passes broken up, and one forced fumble. During nine games as a reserve at NC State in 2024, he recorded 28 tackles, 1½ for loss, and five passes broken up. At the scouting combine and pro day, Cisse measured 5-11¾ and 189 pounds, posting a 41-inch vertical jump and a 4.41-second 40-yard dash.
