Bio
Thomas Harper is a safety who stands 5'10" and weighs 195 pounds. He attended Karns High School in Tennessee before playing four seasons at Oklahoma State (2019-22) and one season at Notre Dame (2023), totaling 53 college games with 133 tackles and two interceptions. The Chargers signed him as an undrafted free agent in 2024.
