Dondrea Tillman is a 6'4", 247-pound outside linebacker for the Denver Broncos with six years of professional experience. Originally from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he appeared in 48 games and recorded 174 tackles and 30 sacks, Tillman spent three seasons with the Birmingham Stallions (2022–24), totaling 92 tackles and 8.5 sacks. Signed by Denver as a free agent on June 20, 2024, he appeared in 12 regular-season games in 2024, posting 22 tackles and five sacks (40 yards), including two sacks in his NFL debut. He also recorded seven tackles in one postseason game and accumulated 4.0 sacks and two interceptions in 2025.
