Russ Yeast is a safety who spent his 2025 season on Cincinnati's practice squad after being waived by Houston in late August. The seventh-round pick (253rd overall) by the Los Angeles Rams in 2022 appeared in 32 games with nine starts during his first two seasons before seeing action in four contests across three teams in 2024. Yeast finished his college career at Kansas State in 2021 following four seasons at Louisville. In his lone year at Kansas State, he led the Big 12 Conference with 14 pass deflections and recorded four interceptions to earn first-team All-Big 12 honors.
