Eric Gentry is a 6'7", 221-pound weak-side linebacker who signed with the Cincinnati Bengals as a college free agent in May 2026. He began his college career as a true freshman at Arizona State in 2021, earning Freshman All-American honors, then transferred to USC where he played four seasons through 2025. Across 52 college games with 39 starts, Gentry totaled 270 tackles, 26.5 tackles for loss, nine sacks, two interceptions, and nine forced fumbles. In 2025, he recorded 75 tackles and seven tackles for loss while earning honorable mention All-Big Ten honors, also tying for third in the FBS with five forced fumbles.
