Theo Benedet is a right tackle for the Chicago Bears who signed with the team as an undrafted free agent in April 2024. After spending his first season on the practice squad, he appeared in all 16 regular season games in 2025 with eight starts, including his first career start at RT in Week 4. He also made postseason appearances in the NFC Wild Card and Divisional Rounds. Benedet played college football at the University of British Columbia, where he appeared in 37 games and earned first-team All-Canadian honors twice, along with winning the J. P. Metras Trophy as the nation's best lineman in consecutive years.
