Qadir Ismail is a 6'6" tight end entering his third NFL season in 2026. Originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Ravens in May 2024, Ismail has been with multiple organizations including the Raiders, Giants, and Jaguars in 2025 before joining the Bears practice squad in November and signing a reserve/futures contract in January 2026. In college, he played at Villanova from 2018-21 before transferring to Samford for 2022-23, appearing in 26 games with 27 receptions for 338 yards across both programs.
