Case Keenum is a 38-year-old quarterback in his 15th NFL season and second with the Chicago Bears. The Houston product entered the league as an undrafted free agent with the Texans in 2012 and has since played for eight franchises across the league. Through his career, Keenum has appeared in 80 regular-season games with 66 starts, accumulating 15,175 passing yards and 79 touchdowns with an 84.6 rating. He earned playoff starts with Minnesota in 2017, helping the Vikings reach the NFC Championship Game. In 2025, he served primarily as Chicago's emergency third quarterback before becoming the backup in Week 15.
