JD Bertrand is a linebacker for the Atlanta Falcons who was selected in the fifth round (143rd overall) of the 2024 NFL Draft. The 6'1", 233-pound Notre Dame product appeared in 50 games with 35 starts during his five college seasons (2019–23), recording 266 tackles, 23 tackles for loss, and six sacks while serving as a two-time team captain. In his first two NFL seasons, Bertrand has played in 27 games with two starts, accumulating 48 tackles, two tackles for loss, and one sack.
