Carlos Allen Jr. is a nose tackle for the Atlanta Falcons who played college football at Houston and Kennesaw State. Across five seasons (2021–25), he appeared in 49 games, accumulating 171 tackles (68 solo), four passes defensed, four fumble recoveries, and two forced fumbles. As a senior at Houston in 2025, Allen earned All-Big 12 second-team honors while recording 80 tackles (33 solo), 7.5 tackles for loss, and three passes defensed—the most tackles among FBS interior linemen that season. He was one of four Big 12 linemen to play at least 600 snaps without a penalty.
