Bio

Cody Simon is a 6'2", 235-pound linebacker for the Arizona Cardinals selected in the fourth round (115th overall) of the 2025 NFL Draft from Ohio State. In his debut season, Simon appeared in 16 games with nine starts, recording 69 tackles, 0.5 sacks, two tackles for loss, two passes defensed, and a forced fumble. After Mack Wilson Sr. suffered an injury in Week 9, Simon started the final nine games at the Mike linebacker position, finishing his starting stretch with 67 tackles to rank second among NFL rookies. He posted a season-high 15 tackles against Cincinnati in Week 17. At Ohio State, Simon earned first-team All-Big Ten honors in 2024 as a team captain and was named Defensive MVP in both the Rose Bowl and CFP National Championship victories.
