Walter Manning is a defensive back for the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers. The Pembroke Pines, Florida native prepared at Everglades High School, where he recorded 18 tackles, six interceptions and four pass breakups across eight games as a senior. Manning attended Riverside City College before joining WKU, appearing in 10 games during his 2025 freshman season with 22 tackles, one tackle for loss and an interception.
