Tim Roberson is a safety from Valdosta, Georgia, who played cornerback in high school before moving to the position at Iowa Western Community College. At Iowa Western, Roberson started all 13 games as a safety in 2025, recording 33 tackles with 25 unassisted, two tackles for loss, six interceptions, and three pass breakups. He earned All-America Defensive Honorable-Mention honors and All-Iowa Community College Athletic Conference recognition. Roberson previously appeared in all 13 games at free safety in 2024, tallying 35 tackles including 27 solo stops and three pass breakups. He enrolled at Troy in 2023 but did not see game action.
