Robert Oliver is a 6'2" wide receiver from Tucson, Arizona, who attended Niceville High School in Florida. Playing under coach Richard Morgan, Oliver started two of his three varsity seasons. In his final high school season, he recorded 51 catches for 981 yards and 11 touchdowns while averaging 20.6 yards per kickoff return. Over his complete prep career, Oliver accumulated 100 receptions for 1,913 yards and 23 touchdowns, along with 432 kickoff return yards. A three-star recruit with a 0.87 rating, Oliver joined West Virginia as a true freshman in 2026 and is majoring in sport management.
