Cyrus Traugh is a 6'0", 196-pound wide receiver from Parkersburg, West Virginia, who transferred to West Virginia from Youngstown State. At Parkersburg South, he caught 84 passes for 1,200 yards and 19 touchdowns while earning Randy Moss Award and Class AAA First-Team All-State honors. During two seasons with the Penguins, Traugh appeared in 16 career games with 13 starts, recording 36 catches for 409 yards and five receiving touchdowns as a redshirt freshman in 2024. He earned FCS Freshman All-American recognition that season. In 2025, Traugh saw action against Robert Morris and Kansas, appearing on 10 plays against Kansas.
