Carsten Casady is a 6'6", 304-pound left tackle from Rolesville, North Carolina, who transferred to West Virginia as a redshirt junior. At UConn, he appeared in nine games as a redshirt freshman in 2024, including two starts at center and two at right tackle. In 2025, he started all 12 games at right tackle, accumulating 774 snaps. Across his first two seasons, Casady played 1,167 snaps total and did not allow a sack on 654 pass-blocking opportunities. He earned a run-blocking grade of 73.7 in each of his two seasons on the field.
