Rahsjon Duncan is a true freshman cornerback for Washington from Oakland, California, where he attended McClymonds High School. A three-year varsity performer, Duncan recorded 57 tackles, three interceptions, and 16 pass break-ups as a senior while also posting 37 receptions for 976 yards and nine touchdowns. His senior season helped lead McClymonds to an 11-2 record and the CIF Oakland Section championship, with the team advancing to the state Division 3-A championship final on December 13. Duncan earned Bay Area News Group all-area first-team honors and competed in track, winning the Oakland Section 100-meter title as a sophomore. He enrolled at Washington as a four-star recruit ranked 159th nationally and 19th in California.
