Hunter Green is a punter from Redmond, WA who played at Lake Washington HS before attending Northern Colorado from 2022 through 2024. As a freshman in 2023, he averaged 43.6 yards on 68 punts and earned first-team All-Big Sky and FCS Freshman All-America honors. In 2024, Green ranked third in FCS with a 46.4-yard average across 66 punts and was named first-team All-Big Sky and third-team Stats Perform FCS All-American. He transferred to San Diego State for 2025, handling 63 of 66 punts with a 47.0-yard average, ranking sixth nationally and second in the MWC. Green made second-team All-Mountain West Conference and helped the Aztecs reach a 9-4 record and New Mexico Bowl berth before joining Washington as a transfer.
