Tony Freeman is a junior receiver and return specialist for Washington State who transferred in from College of San Mateo in January 2024. In his 2025 season, Freeman appeared in all 13 games with seven starts, recording 54 receptions for 590 yards and three touchdowns. As a punt returner, he registered 24 returns for 415 yards and a long of 59, averaging 17.3 yards per return—the sixth-best in the country and a WSU single-season record. Freeman compiled 1,004 all-purpose yards and was named 2025 Pac-12 Conference Top Special Teams Performer.
