Khamari Terrell is a 6'1", 185-pound left cornerback from Killeen, TX who enrolled at Washington State in January 2026. A four-star recruit in the 2022 class, he initially signed with Oregon, appearing in 10 games as a true freshman in 2022 with eight tackles. He redshirted in 2023 after playing nine games on 106 total snaps, then appeared in just three games in 2024. Terrell transferred to Texas State for the 2025 season, where he played in 12 games and recorded 36 tackles, 2.5 tackles-for-loss, one interception and three pass breakups, including a season-high eight tackles against Troy.
