Jack Foley is a 6'4", 205-pound wide receiver from Bend, OR, who attended Mountain View Senior High School. A three-star recruit ranked 1,448 overall in the 2025 class, Foley earned All-State honors twice as a receiver and led Mountain View to a 5A state championship game appearance in his senior year with 1,082 yards and 16 touchdowns on 52 receptions. He appeared in five games during his 2025 freshman season at Wake Forest, debuting against Kennesaw State on August 29. Foley recorded one reception for 64 yards and one touchdown in the bowl game victory over Mississippi State on January 2.
