Justin Zames is a tight end from Tampa, Florida, who played for Berkeley Preparatory School under coach Dominick Ciao. A consensus three-star prospect and the No. 4 tight end in Florida, Zames helped lead Berkeley Prep to a state championship in 2023 and was named a team captain his senior year. He also competed on the varsity lacrosse team for two seasons. Zames, a Business major, is the son of Jon Zames, who played football at Columbia. He returns to Virginia as a sophomore wearing No. 87.
