Jacobie Henderson is a 5'11", 198-pound cornerback from Charlotte, NC who transferred to Virginia as a graduate student. Henderson began his college career at Marshall, where he played in four games as a freshman in 2022 before appearing in 11 games with six starts in 2023, recording 22 tackles and four pass breakups. In 2024, he started all 13 games for the Thundering Herd, earning Third Team All-Sun Belt honors while totaling 50 tackles, 1.5 for loss, 10 pass breakups, and two interceptions. He spent 2025 at Rutgers, starting all 12 games at cornerback before joining Virginia. Henderson earned a bachelor's degree in human resources from Rutgers in December 2025 and is pursuing a postgraduate certificate in leadership at UVA.
