Boone Lourd is a junior quarterback for the Virginia Cavaliers. The Los Angeles native attended Brentwood School, where he accumulated 5,832 career passing yards with 78 touchdowns. As a senior, Lourd threw for 2,023 yards on a 9-3 team that went 3-0 in Gold Coast play, following a junior season in which he passed for 2,032 yards. He completed 63.8 percent of his career prep passes and averaged 188.1 yards per game across 31 appearances. Lourd did not appear in games during his first year at Virginia in 2024.
