Isaiah Brown-Murray is a nickel back from Charlotte, North Carolina, who attended Hough High School before committing to East Carolina in July 2021. At ECU, he redshirted in 2022, then appeared in all 12 games in 2023 with nine starts and 22 tackles. In 2024, he started all 12 contests, recording 41 tackles (30 solo), seven pass breakups, an interception, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery while logging 830 snaps and earning a 73.1 Pro Football Focus defensive grade. Brown-Murray transferred to Virginia Tech and started all 12 games in 2025, tallying 39 tackles (29 solo), 2.0 TFLs, five pass breakups and one interception against Wake Forest on October 4.
