Background & career
Gavin Crawford is a left guard from Silver Spring, Maryland, who attended Our Lady of Good Counsel High School. At Good Counsel, he earned two-time All-WCAC first-team honors and helped the Falcons to a 10-1 record and WCAC championship in 2023. He was rated a three-star prospect and received offers from programs including Georgia, Michigan State, and Tennessee before committing to West Virginia. Crawford transferred to Virginia Tech and redshirted in 2025 after appearing in two games.
