Jusiah Sampleton is a nose tackle from Giddings, Texas, who transferred to UTSA from CSU-Pueblo. Over four seasons with the Thunderwolves, he appeared in 33 games and accumulated 73 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, and 1.5 sacks while helping CSU-Pueblo win two Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference championships. In 2025, Sampleton earned first-team All-RMAC honors and NFF All-Colorado Team recognition after posting 28 tackles and 6.5 tackles for loss. His 2024 season included 38 tackles and a sack. At Giddings High School, he recorded over 200 tackles, 39 tackles for loss, and 12 sacks during his prep career, earning first-team all-district honors at offensive guard as a senior.
