Jameian Buxton is a senior nose tackle for UTSA from New Orleans, Louisiana. He attended Warren Easton High School, where he was a three-star prospect and No. 4-rated defensive lineman in Louisiana's 2023 class. In 2024, Buxton appeared in all 13 games and recorded 17 tackles, five solo, 1.5 for loss, and one sack. During the 2025 season, he played in all 13 contests with four starts, registering 14 total tackles, five solo stops, one tackle for loss, and a pass breakup. He earned Academic All-District honors in 2024 and was named to consecutive American Conference All-Academic Teams.
