Jarrett Henry is a left guard from Palestine, Texas, who played center at Palestine High School under coach Lance Angel, earning first-team all-district and honorable mention all-state honors as a senior. Henry began his college career at Trinity Valley Community College, appearing in all 11 games during the 2022 season as the Cardinals posted an 8-3 record and earning honorable mention All-SWJCFC recognition. He transferred to Oklahoma State, where he spent three seasons without appearing in games for the Cowboys. Now at UTSA, the 6'5", 320-pound redshirt junior returns for the 2025 campaign.
