Asaad Chapman is a 6'3", 195-pound cornerback who transferred to UTSA from San Bernardino Valley College. The San Bernardino, California native played at Cajon High School, where he totaled 96 tackles, 59 solo stops, four interceptions, and 10 pass breakups. At San Bernardino Valley, Chapman compiled 42 tackles, 33 solo stops, three interceptions, two fumble recoveries, and four pass breakups while helping lead the team to a co-league championship. He spent the 2024 season at Riverside City College, registering 27 tackles, six pass breakups, one interception, and two tackles for loss. Chapman was rated the top junior college cornerback by recruiting services and is the twin brother of current UTSA cornerback Ahamad Chapman.
